If you google the name Christian Lell, you won’t just find highlights from my career as a professional footballer, but also a lot of other information – some true, some not. Safe to say my journey has been full of ups and downs, and for a long time, I was just drifting through life.
Then came the day my sister, who had cystic fibrosis, passed away. That was the turning point that changed everything and made me reflect on myself honestly for the first time. From one day to the next, I walked away from professional football and everything I had built over 25 years, starting again from scratch.

YOU NEVER WALK ALONE.
Making a big life change at almost thirty is no walk in the park. But luckily, I’ve had (and still have) amazing people by my side who helped me take a really deep look at myself, own up to the past, spot patterns, and figure out what I can do better next time. I’ve realized that talking things through with others is a total game–changer for personal growth.
It’s not always easy to be vulnerable – but that’s exactly what makes it so powerful. I want to share this experience with as many people as I can. Oh, and that’s also what the +symbol in my logo stands for: connecting people, thoughts, feelings and ideas and bringing things together in a positive way, so that it’s a win-win for all.

That’s something many people who’ve followed my journey have told me. And now, I’ve done just that. I’ve captured all the highs, lows, twists, and turns of my life in a deeply personal and honest biography, set to be released this December.

With the help of others I've learned a great deal over the past few years – about how to work through traumas and challenges, fight your way out of crises, and draw energy from them to improve your life.
Because I myself want to pass on this knowledge to others, I am currently developing a mentoring program to help people tackle their personal challenges and create real, lasting changes in their lives.
